BAM! Get blown away by this stunner, the big brother of the IPA is a true hop bomb. By using American hops (Citra, Columbus and Amarillo) and lots of malt, there is a lot of bitterness, fruitiness and maltiness present. This Baltic Porter is the fruit of a collaboration with Õllenaut brewery, our friends from Estonia. On a bright summer day we brewed the imperial version of their ‘Must Eksport porter’ in Utrecht. The six different malts give the beer the flavours of roasted malt, cacao, lots of character and silky mouthfeel. Baltic G is brewed to celebrate friendship, beer, brewing and passion!

This three-part series of Imperial stouts are lagered in three different barrels: Jack Daniels, Glenfarclas and a blend of Tomatin, Burnside and Tobermory. All three the beers are brewed as an Imperial Porter, a hoppy and malty beer with a high alcohol percentage and a distinct black colour. Elixir, onze honey blonde is back. This time we brewed Elixir as a summer seasonal 2016 with the first available Honey. This firstm pure honey is packed with herbal tones from the spring blomssom. The second playground beer is a Russian Imperial Stout which has aged on Sherry and Hogshead Bunnahabhain whisky casks from 1987 for 6 months. The first Playground beer is now also available in bottles! Going by the name of Mosaic IPA this beer will be available throughout the Netherlands and also in some other European countires. This IPA is brewed and dry-hopped with the American hop variety Mosaic. Mosaic gives this IPA it’s fruity flavour and aroma.
