This beer only has one hops in the spotlight: the American Mosaic hops; a variety with an huge amount of aroma’s, flavours and layers. We did not only use this hop during the brewing process to add a fair amount of bitters, but also used a bulk of it during the dry hopping. Dry hopping is a could infusion method during the lagering of the beer. By adding the hops in this stage the fruity and floral aromas are... Read more

For the 5th anniversary we’ve filled our specials in aluminium cans. While cans have a bad image in The Netherlands, it actually is better for the beer quality. The beer keeps its freshness and stays super tasty much longer because aluminium blocks all (sun)light and air. It’s also a more sustainable packaging, less and lighter packing material is used and the product is kept fresh longer. Big craft beer breweries over the whole world use this packaging material for... Read more

Together with our dear friends of Oersoep from Nijmegen we’ve finally done a collaboration on a sunny spring day! Our first lager and also bottom-fermented beer in the brewery with Hüll Melon, Comet, Cashmir and Columbus hops where you spontaneously start dancing from – at least we do. High in alcohol volume (6.5%) and so packed with fruity aromas to almost call it an IPA, but it’s still a lager. The difference between a lager and an ale is that... Read more
After brewing our first fruit beer it was time to brew a superstar remake of this traditional German sour beer style. Gose has been brewed in Leipzig and Goslar since the 18th and 19th century. This style was based on spontaneous fermentation and added salt. In the past the wort was exposed to open air, “wild” yeasts and bacteria fell into the beer resulting a sour beer because of them fermenting the sugars. The only problem was that the quality... Mango milkshake is our fruit bomb! This India Pale Ale gets its Milkshake name through the added lactose sugars. These give the beer another dimension: a subtle sweetness and a soft, almost creamy aftertaste. Super fruity, intensely dry hopped with American Columbus and Comet hop. The first beer we brewed with real mangos. like drinking a milkshake, but then beer. Fruity and surprisingly bitter!
